- Delivery of domestic orders is made with Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost is 24 TL.
- Delivery of orders to TRNC is done by Yurtiçi Cargo, shipping cost is 150 TL.
- Delivery of orders abroad is made by PTT or DHL. Standard shipping fee with PTT is 125 TL. DHL shipping price varies by country and is calculated at the time of purchase.
- Cargo delivery cannot be made on weekends and public holidays. Orders that fall within these dates will be delivered on the first business day following.
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. The time to reach you may differ depending on your address.
- The stock control of the products on our site is constantly carried out by our online service team. If the products in your order have an instant stock problem and cannot be supplied, information is given by contacting the phone number in your membership information, and your refund is made quickly to the account you want.
- The shipping cost will be added to your order amount.
- When your order is delivered to you, please check whether there is any damage in the package before receiving it. In case of damage to the box, ask the cargo officer to issue a "Damage Determination Report" without signing a delivery document and return the package to the cargo officer with the report.

Care Instructions

Storing silver jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or airtight container when not in use will exclude air, which can cause oxidation.
