Domestic orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee is 75 TL. 

Orders to TRNC are sent via Yurtiçi Kargo, shipping cost is 150  It is TL.

International orders are shipped via PTT or DHL.  Shipping cost  varies by country and is calculated at time of purchase.

Cargo delivery cannot be made on weekends and public holidays. Orders falling on these dates will be delivered on the next business day.

Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on your address.

The stock control of the products on our site is constantly carried out by our online service team. There is a momentary stock problem in the products in your order and  If the supply is not available, you will be contacted via the phone number in your membership information and your refund will be made to the account you requested as soon as possible.

Your order will be delivered to you  When the package arrives, be sure to check if there is any damage to the package before accepting it. In case of damage to the box, ask the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Detection Report" without signing any document regarding the delivery and return the package to the cargo officer with the report.

If you wish, you can pick up the products you ordered from our Nişantaşı Store yourself. To do this, simply select "Store Pickup" at the Order Complete stage. You will be notified by e-mail when your products are ready for store pickup.
